Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Senior Storeworker for an exciting opportunity with one of our valued clients in the Geelong region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys balancing warehouse operations with customer service.

About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day store and warehouse operations while providing excellent service to both trade and retail customers. You’ll play a key role in maintaining efficient processes and ensuring smooth workflow across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
  • Assisting customers and providing product advice
  • Mixing and handling specialised materials (including fibreglass products)
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
  • Supporting inventory control and stock management
  • Supervising and guiding team members where required

About You

  • Previous experience in a trade store, warehouse, or similar environment
  • Knowledge of fibreglass products and mixing processes (highly regarded)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to understand and follow systems and operational procedures
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role
  • LF Forklift Licence preferred (or willingness to obtain – training support available for the right candidate)
